General terms & conditions
Purpose
These general terms govern the services of Altitude Visuel (Imen Ada): architectural visualization (3D renders, 3D plans, videos, virtual reality) and website creation. They apply to any order placed by a professional client.
Quote and order
Each service is set out in a detailed quote, valid for 30 days. The order becomes firm upon written acceptance of the quote and/or payment of the deposit.
Prices and payment
Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF); the studio is not subject to VAT. A deposit is required at ordering; the balance is due on delivery. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Late payment may suspend delivery.
Timelines
Timelines are indicative (a first preview is generally provided within 48 to 72 hours). They depend on the delivery of documents and the client’s validation rounds.
Delivery and validation
Deliverables are made available via the client area. Final deliverables are accessible once the balance is settled.
Copyright and use
The studio retains intellectual property of its creations. After full payment, the client receives a licence to use the visuals for their project (presentation, marketing, communication). Unless a confidentiality agreement applies, the studio reserves the right to feature the work in its portfolio.
Confidentiality and subcontracting
The studio may rely on collaborators or subcontractors bound by confidentiality. A confidentiality agreement (NDA) can be concluded on request. Documents provided by the client remain their property and are used only for the assignment.
Cancellation
Any cancellation must be made in writing. The deposit paid is non-refundable: it covers the work engaged and the scheduling reservation. Work carried out beyond the deposit may be invoiced.
Liability
The studio is bound by a best-efforts obligation. Its liability shall not exceed the amount of the relevant service. It is not responsible for the client’s use of the visuals.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of the Canton of Fribourg.
