Data collected
We only collect the data you voluntarily send us via the contact form: name, email address and description of your project. Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.
Purpose and legal basis
This information is used solely to respond to your request and to prepare a quote (pre-contractual measures). We also keep a technical fingerprint of your IP address for security and anti-spam purposes.
Processors and hosting
Your data is processed by our technical providers only to run the service: database and file storage (Supabase, data hosted in the European Union — Ireland), website hosting (Netlify), card payment processing (Stripe), notification emails (Resend). Where a provider is located outside the EU, appropriate contractual safeguards (standard clauses) govern the processing. Your data is never shared for commercial purposes.
Retention
Your data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted or securely archived.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, object, restrict and port your data, as well as to withdraw your consent. To exercise it, write to us at info@altitudevisuel.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection Commissioner (FDPIC) or an EU supervisory authority.
