How much does a 3D architectural visualization cost?
The price depends on the number of views, the level of detail and the deadlines. A photorealistic exterior image usually starts around a few hundred francs; a complete set (interior, exterior, video) is priced per project. We provide a precise quote within 24 hours of receiving your plans.
Which files should I provide for a render?
Ideally plans (PDF, DWG or SketchUp), elevations and, if possible, a 3D model. Otherwise, dimensioned sketches are enough to get started. We tell you exactly what is missing before we begin.
What are the delivery times?
A first render is delivered in 48 to 72 hours for a single view. A complete project (several views, video or virtual reality) spans one to three weeks depending on complexity and validation rounds.
Photorealistic render or virtual reality: which to choose?
The photorealistic render is ideal to convey a strong atmosphere on a fixed medium (dossier, display, social media). Virtual reality is better suited to convey volumes and space, especially during the sales or client validation phase.
Do you work everywhere in Switzerland?
Yes. As our work is fully digital, we support architects and developers across Switzerland, in French, German or English, without travel constraints.
How does a project with Altitude Visuel unfold?
